Description

DualBond represents a fundamental change in how bale net wrap is built. Traditional knitted round bale net wrap has been the industry standard for decades — but the knitted loop construction has well-known weaknesses: fraying at the cut, fiber shedding into hay and feed, joints that snag the baler knife, and structural weight that contributes little to actual bale-holding performance.

DualBond removes the knit entirely. Two wide HDPE strands — each roughly twice the width of a standard knitted thread — are fused at every intersection. Every gram of material is doing structural work. The result is a cleaner, lighter roll that performs better in the field and leaves less plastic behind.

DualBond is especially well-suited for large hay operations, high-volume contractors, and farms where fiber contamination in feed is a recurring concern.

No Fiber Shedding — Nothing Left in Your Hay

DualBond has no loop ends to fray. The fused strand structure holds its form through the full wrapping cycle and stays intact at removal. Nothing sheds into the bale, the hay, the loader bucket, or your cattle’s feed.

Less Plastic Per Bale

DualBond releases from the bale surface in one piece. The fused strand structure does not grip crop material at loop points the way knitted wrap does. In cold weather — when frozen net wrap costs real time — this is one of the most noticeable differences in the field.
